Is the insurance secure?

Burnett & Associates plc is an insurance brokerage, a member of IIB (The Institute of Insurance Brokers) and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. As such, the Company has to meet annual tests of liquidity and confirm its methods of practice.

We place all your insurances with only UK based insurers all of whom are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority

How quickly will we respond?

We have access to over 50 organisations contracted to provide you with guaranteed responses down to 2 hours although 4 and 8 working hour responses are the usual options.

What happens when you change your equipment? We are extremely flexible

If you want to add or update equipment it is automatically insured from the moment it comes out of warranty, or becomes your property (e.g. second user equipment), subject only to your advising us of the addition to enable us to adjust the premium and to register the equipment with the relevant maintainer as soon as possible.

Disposal of equipment works in reverse; advise us of the equipment disposed of and the date of disposal so we can arrange for an appropriate credit.

For users of networked systems, or for large numbers of installations, we can be supplied with a periodic declaration of equipment to be insured or make other arrangements suitable to you.
