What equipment can you cover?

Theoretically anything!

Generically we can arrange cover any electronic equipment found in the 'office' or 'computer room' environments with the exception of 'big box' mainframes.

However should your critical applications necessitate guaranteed fixes 4 hours or lower, then you will also probably need a direct contract arrangement appropriate to such critical requirements, which can be arranged by us on your behalf, keeping all your support with one supplier.
